By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services
WordPress Plugin
Synoveo provides a WordPress plugin that automatically detects compatible business plugins on your website and synchronizes your business information with Google Business Profile through Google's official API. The plugin supports various business types including e-commerce, booking, events, and professional services.
API Services
We offer direct API access for developers and businesses who want to integrate Google Business Profile synchronization into their own applications or systems. Our API provides endpoints for business data management, plugin detection, and automated synchronization.

Our services currently support integration with popular WordPress plugins including:

User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Google Account Integration
Our Services require connection to your Google Business Profile through Google's OAuth system. You must have the necessary permissions to authorize this connection for your business.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use our Services to:
- Synchronize legitimate business information with Google Business Profile
- Manage business hours, contact information, and service details

- Access our API for legitimate business purposes
- Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Violate Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile policies
- Use our Services to spam, harass, or harm others

Subscription Plans and Billing
Plan Types
- Lite Plan: Free tier with basic synchronization features
- Pro Plan: Paid subscription with advanced automation and integrations
- Business Plan: Enterprise features for multiple locations and advanced analytics
Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.
Free Trial
We may offer free trials for paid plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Trial terms and availability may change without notice.
API Terms and Usage Limits
API Access
API access is provided under these Terms and any additional API documentation. You must use valid API credentials and follow our authentication requirements.
Rate Limits
We impose rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability. Current limits include:
- Daily API calls: 20,000 (80% of Google's limit for safety)
- 100-second window: 200 requests
- Per-user limit: 20 requests per 100 seconds
- Burst protection: Maximum 10 requests in 60 seconds
API Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice. We will maintain backward compatibility when possible but cannot guarantee it for all changes.
Data and Privacy
Your Data
You retain ownership of your business data. By using our Services, you grant us permission to process and synchronize your data as necessary to provide the Services.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all business information you provide. You must have the right to use and share any data you submit through our Services.
Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Synoveo plugin, API, website, and all related technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.

You retain ownership of your business content and data. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our Services.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

Our integration with Google Business Profile is subject to Google's Terms of Service and policies. We are not responsible for changes to Google's services that may affect our functionality.
WordPress Plugins
We integrate with various third-party WordPress plugins. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or terms of these plugins.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
Service Availability and Support
Uptime
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Updates and Changes

Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Google API Dependency
Our Services depend on Google's Business Profile API. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or interruptions to Google's services that may affect our functionality.
WordPress Compatibility
While we strive for broad WordPress compatibility, we cannot guarantee functionality with all WordPress configurations, themes, or plugins.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synoveo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synoveo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating the plugin, canceling your subscription, or contacting us. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. We will provide notice when possible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations) will remain in effect.
Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles. CODE75 is a French company subject to French jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. For formal disputes, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable French or European Union consumer protection laws.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through:

- Updated "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Synoveo regarding our Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.

Service-Specific Terms
WordPress Plugin Users
- The plugin operates within your WordPress environment and requires appropriate WordPress permissions
- Plugin updates may be delivered automatically through WordPress update mechanisms
- You are responsible for maintaining compatible WordPress and plugin versions
- Deactivating the plugin will stop data synchronization but may not delete stored settings
API Users
- API access requires valid authentication credentials and adherence to rate limits
- You are responsible for implementing proper error handling and retry logic
- API keys must be kept secure and not shared with unauthorized parties
- Bulk operations must respect rate limits and may require special arrangements
Multi-Location Businesses
- Business plan features include support for up to 25 locations
- Each location must have a valid Google Business Profile
- Location-specific data must be accurately configured and maintained
- Bulk operations across locations are subject to enhanced rate limiting
